A golf cart 2 which travels on the travel paths in a golf course is provided with a location detecting means 7 for detecting its traveling location, a selector switch for selecting the type of the road surface of the travel path by the operation of a user, a recognition switch for recognizing the boundaries of the road surface by the operation of the user, and a transmitting means 9 for transmitting the output from the location detecting means 7 and the output from the road surface detecting means 6. The master room is provided with both a receiving means 10 for receiving signals from the transmitting means 9, and a plotting means 13 for making the drawing of the travel path on the basis of the signals received by the receiving means 10. By making the golf cart travel, transmitting the traveling state of the golf cart, and receiving the transmitted information; it is possible to easily create the drawing of the travel path on the basis of the received information.
