PURPOSE: To prevent abnormality from being generated in a facility set as an object by performing the prediction of the abnormality by monitoring a waveform outputted by an automatic operating facility, and accumulating and collecting the statistic of operating data.

CONSTITUTION: A noise sensor 3 is arranged on every production facility. The waveform information of a facility operation is read at a high period by a facility monitoring program by operating the production facility 4, and the checking of a range with the waveform set in a facility constant table 6 is performed. When it exceeds the range, it is assumed as the abnormality of the facility, and inspection guidance for the prediction of the abnormality is outputted to a CRT device 11. Also, the operating time of the facility and data with respect to the time and place representing the generation of the abnormality of the facility are collected by a facility information collection program 7, and when an operating time exceeds a service life time set in an operation managing table 8 or the number of times of abnormality exceeds the number of times set in an abnormality statistical table 9 at every block, the inspection guidance is outputted, thereby, the abnormality of the facility can be prevented being generated.
