To provide a system for producing compression-packed bodies capable of attaining high productivity at low cost by bringing each of processes to be a series of continuous processes by automation.
The system for producing the compression-packed body comprises a hopper 3 for holding a material to be formed, a forming apparatus 4 for compression-forming the material to be formed fed from the hopper 3 into a predetermined shape, a packing apparatus 5 for packing the compression-formed body delivered from the forming apparatus 4, a carrying apparatus 6 for carrying the compression-packed body delivered from the packing apparatus 5 and standing the same up at the end section of the carrying apparatus. In the system, a detection unit 62 for detecting the compression-packed body stood up at the end section is installed to the carrying apparatus 6, and the compression-packed body is automatically controlled to stop being delivered from the packing apparatus 5, when the compression-packed body is detected by the detection unit 62.
