A business person uses terminals 11 and 31 to input a business daily report data and a new customer data and inquires various information stored in a data base of servers 10 and 30. The head of a department or the chief of a section of a business department use terminals 12 and 32 to set the degree of progress per each subordinate and each customer. The whole or a part of the business daily report data can be input or supplemented. The input data is transmitted to the server 10 or the server 30, and stored in the data base. Various information and management report stored in the data base can be formed or inquired, and an advice or a command to the subordinate can be given by an electronic mail.
