To provide a high safety unlocking/locking system eliminating a time and labor of unlocking/locking a two-wheel vehicle.
A traveling detection section 2 determines whether a vehicle is stopped or in traveling by checking whether a stand is erected or not when an enquiry from an input section 4 is received, and transmits the result of the determination to the input section 4. If the stand is determined to be erected, information that the vehicle is stopped is transmitted to the input section 4. The input section determines the permission of the execution of locking and gives an unlocking/locking section 3 a locking command when the input section 4 receives the information that the vehicle is stopped from the traveling detection section 2. When receiving the locking command from the input section 4, the unlocking/locking section 3 locks a bicycle 1. Thus, a user can confirm that the bicycle 1 is locked, and leaves that site.
