To provide a system and a program, which provide a user with fun in operation and driving, and motivate the user to actively use functions without becoming bored.SOLUTION: In a navigation device which recognizes voice of a passenger of a vehicle and performs prescribed processing, a control part performs prescribed processing for outputting information which a user desires to know in accordance with conversation by a recognition word M1 based on a result of recognizing voice of the user being the passenger of the vehicle and an output ray response phrase 1 of voice of a prescribed character which indicates that the voice of the user is recognized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
