When a vehicle is parked in a parking lot, a number of times of turning which is carried out in a time period from entering the parking lot to completion of the parking and an open/close angle of a door after the parking are transmitted to a probe center 2 as probe information. The probe center 2 that has received the probe information sets a degree of usage difficulty to each parking lot on the basis of the received probe information and identifies a level of driving skill of a user. A vehicle 3 that has received information about the set usage difficulty of the parking lot and the level of driving skill of the user from the probe center 2 performs guiding to the parking lot corresponding to the level of driving skill of the user.
