Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat recovery system capable of efficiently recovering heat from exhaust gas having a high temperature beyond about 400°C, and efficiently recovering heat of exhaust gas from a high-temperature region to a low-temperature region.SOLUTION: In a flow passage for exhaust gas G on an upstream side of a waste heat boiler 20, where a temperature of the exhaust gas is equal to or less than a heat resistance temperature of a ceramic pipe Ca, a first heat exchange part 10 having a triple pipe structure and using a heat medium Ma is provided, and in a flow passage for exhaust gas G on a downstream side of the waste heat boiler 20, a second heat exchange part 30 having a double pipe structure and using a heat medium Mb is provided. In the first heat exchange part 10, heat of the exhaust gas G in a high-temperature region is recovered through the heat medium Ma, to reduce a temperature of the exhaust gas to a proper temperature of the waste heat boiler 20. In the second heat exchange part 30, heat of the exhaust gas G in a low-temperature region is recovered through the heat medium Mb.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
