The system for recycling the domestic animal dung by drying, fermenting and carbonizing comprises combining a first route of drying the adequately kneaded domestic animal dung fed into a drying machine 11 by a drying burner 15, drying the dung, on the other hand, deodorizing the dung by a deodorizing burner 13 to form the dry matter 16 regulated to 60% in moisture content, feeding the dung to a primary fermenter and a secondary fermenter 20 where the dung is subjected to fermentation treatment, and forming the dung to compost 25 of about 20% in moisture content through a curing chamber 24, a second route of sending the dry matter 16 regulated to 60% in the moisture content to a dry conditioning machine 26 or carbonizing machine 27 and forming dry matter of about 30% in the moisture content and a carbide of about 3% in the moisture content and a third route of sending the excess of the compost 25 made in the first route to the machine 26 or the machine 27 and forming the dry matter of about 30% in the moisture content and the carbide of about 3% in moisture content.
