Abstract:

To provide a cleaning liquid regenerating system for regenerating a cleaning liquid for a PCB-containing substance such as insulating oil.

This cleaning liquid regenerating system 100 is used in an integrated system for cleaning a PCB-contaminated vessel 1003, preparing slurry 1014 from the substance in the vessel 1003 by a slurrying means 1015 and treating the prepared slurry 1014 in a hydrothermally oxidative decomposition unit 120 together with PCB. The system 100 for regenerating the contaminated cleaning liquid 1012 used for cleaning the vessel 1003 is provided with a distillation column 101 for distilling the liquid 1012 sent from a cleaning tank (a cleaning means) 1011 and an absorptiometer 103 for measuring absorbance by supplying the regenerated cleaning liquid 102 from the column 101 to the sample side and a fresh cleaning liquid 1010 to be supplied to the tank 1011 to the comparison side.
