A system for remotely monitoring temperature for monitoring temperature of refrigerating or freezing equipment installed in a remote place has: a temperature information acquisition unit for acquiring temperature information indicating internal temperatures of the respective equipment; a setting information acquisition unit for acquiring setting information that regulates operation of the respective equipment; a first server including a first storage device which stores temperature information, setting information, and customer information about a customer who has equipment; and a second server which includes a second storage device for acquiring a part of the information stored in the first server and storing it as viewing information viewable from outside, and limits a viewable range of the viewing information in accordance with identification information for identifying viewers who have accessed.
