To provide a system for rust preventive treatment capable of carrying out a rust preventive treatment of a cast iron block, for example, having a weight exceeding 50 kg automatically without using a crane and requiring manpower and without leaving rust preventive oil more than needs.
The system for rust preventive treatment is provided with a robot transporting device 10 capable of rotating by 360-degree around a vertical axis Z and having working area 2 around the vertical axis Z, a carry-in device 32 for the cast iron block 1 which is arranged in a working area 2, an oil immersion device 20, a lapping device 30 and a carry-out device 34. The robot transporting device 10 has a robot hand 12 for holding the cast iron block 1 and the cast iron block 1 is transported from the transporting device to the oil immersion device, the lapping device and a carry-out device in this order.
