A telephone terminal calls out to a center and the center utilizes notice services of the received telephone number, namely an originator's telephone number, or the center receives the originator's telephone number from a local exchanger, or the center urges a user by a voice guidance to input a telephone number, and transmits it to the telephone terminal, and the telephone terminal stores it in an internal storage part.
