When changing the terminal device 100A or a user of the terminal device 100A, features information corresponding to the personal identification function in the terminal device 100A is extracted from the biometric information to be registered stored in the storing section 210. Then, the features information is stored and registered in a features information storing section for reference 130 in the terminal device 100A through communication means 240, 300, and 170.
