PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a service person in uploading information on image formation to a control device from an image forming apparatus.
SOLUTION: A copying machine (image forming apparatus) 1 discriminates the presence or absence of the initial delivery timing by reading the information on the image formation from a self storage means. In the initial delivery timing, an initial delivery signal and the information on the image formation are transmitted via a communication control unit 144, a telephone exchange 143, and a telephone line 142 to the control device 141. When the control device 141 receives the initial delivery signal, the information on the image formation is stored in the self storage means.
