CONSTITUTION:The model of a telephone system arranged for an executive secretary is displayed by displaying required service element information 210 on a display 400 by a designer, and a series of procedures 310 which constitute a service in a procedure knowledge base 300 is registered by defining the response to the required operation inputted sequentially, and desired service specifications can be designed, thereby, a time and labor to describe the service specifications of the designer can be reduced remarkably. Also, by inputting required operating information to the model on the display 400, the procedure registered in the procedure knowledge base 300 can be executed successively, and the service specifications can be confirmed, and a reader can recognize the service specifications clearly, and also, can refer to it easily.
