Abstract:
To provide operation of aerial vehicles taking into account micro wind conditions.SOLUTION: A system (102) for taking into account micro wind conditions in a region (104). The system (102) includes a plurality of aerial vehicles (109) within the region (104), and a wind speed calculator (108). Each of the aerial vehicles (109) has an altitude sensor (122) and a GPS receiver (120). The wind speed calculator (108) is configured to determine wind vectors (111) within the region (104) using measurements (112) from the aerial vehicles (109).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
