To allow mud water and mud generated in construction work or the like to be treated regardless of the quantity of water, a mud part to be used as soil for back-filling in a site and general land-filling without making an industrial waste, separate water to be used for make-up water of a drilling liquid, or discharged to a river or sewerage, and further, the whole apparatus to be mounted on a vehicle.
In the treatment of the mud water and the mud generated in the construction work, the mud water and the mud are transported to a primary solid-liquid separator to carry out primary solid-liquid separation, a primarily separated liquid is transported to a secondary solid-liquid separator to carry out secondary solid-liquid separation, and further in a secondarily separated liquid, non-separated solid content is flocculated and precipitated by a flocculant as tertiary solid-liquid separation. A supernatant liquid is reused for dilution water or the drilling liquid, or discharged to the sewerage or the river as treated water. On the other hand, a secondarily separated solid content is reintroduced into the primary solid-liquid separation, and a tertiarily separated solid content is reused as modified soil such as the soil for back-filling and general land-filling by loading a solidification agent, and mixing to agitate together with the primarily solid-liquid separated solid content.
