To provide a system that is able to supply useful information about a baggage at least on a departure airport side to a user of an airport and reduces burden on the user when the information is used.
A reception system 40 is configured so as to be able to read a two-dimensional code displayed on a mobile terminal 60 and also able to obtain contact information about the mobile terminal 60. The reception system generates correspondence information in which information specific to a baggage checked by a user (specific information on a wireless tag), contact information about a mobile terminal 60 possessed by the user, and information about a boarding pass issued for the user are correlated with one another. Additionally, a baggage conveyance path in an airport is provided with a wireless tag reader 9. A departure airport server 3 generates the positional information about a baggage based on a result obtained by reading the wireless tag by use of the wireless tag reader 9, and transmits the positional information about the baggage and information about an airport use, to the mobile terminal 60 correlated with the baggage.
