To provide a system for manufacturing clean water and reclaimed water by utilizing rainwater, which can immediately take measures against the presence of an abnormality in the quality of the rainwater received in a raw water receiving tank.
This system includes a raw water receiving tank for receiving the collected rainwater, and water treatment equipment for manufacturing the clean water and/or the reclaimed water by purifying the received water. In the system for manufacturing the clean water and/or the reclaimed water from the rainwater, the quality of the water in the raw water receiving tank is monitored by a COD sensor; and a valve of piping for supplying the water to the water treatment equipment from the raw water receiving tank is closed as soon as an abnormal value is detected.
