Abstract:
To provide a system for vehicle lending business which can eliminate dissatisfaction of a user and which can reduce a burden of the lender.
An on-vehicle terminal 10 mounted on a rental vehicle 1 periodically transmits the information about driving condition of the vehicle to a center side device 20. When accounting a rental fee, the rental fee is decided by adding the using charge to be decided on the basis of the information about driving condition to the basic charge previously set independently of the information of the driving condition.
