Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically match a point on a map which is a given conversion origin to a corresponding position on a map as a conversion destination.
CONSTITUTION: A datum point of a conversion origin, a datum point of a conversion destination and coordinate data of a point of measurement are input. The point is matched to a position where a distance ratio becomes equal on the basis of the distance method by a distance ratio-calculating means 16 and an operating means 17 operating a measuring point on the conversion destination. Alternatively, the point of measurement is matched to a position where a triangle formed by the datum point and the measuring point is similar on the basis of the spot method by a calculating means 18 calculating an internal angle of the triangle and an operating means 19 operating the measuring point at the conversion destination. Which of the distance method and the spot method is to be used is automatically assigned by an assigning means 15 by detecting a positional relationship.
