To provide a system for working plate material, which system can effectively utilizing a remainder material having a portion to be worked into an other product plate after cutting off a product plate from a blank plate material without having a bad effect on a plate working machine and other peripheral apparatuses.

The system for working the plate material comprises a plate material working machine 1 for cutting off the product plate material from the blank plate material W, a remainder material stocker 3 for storing the remainder material W1 which is a remainder after cutting off the product plate material from the blank plate material W by means of the plate material working machine 1, and a carrying means 35 for carrying the remainder material W1 stored in the remainder material stocker 3 to the original plate material working machine 1 or other plate material working machine.
