To provide a charging/discharging system which allows a consumer receiving power supply from a power system to use both single-phase 200 V and single-phase 100 V.
A charging/discharging system 10 of one embodiment of the present invention includes: a power conversion unit 18 for converting DC power supplied from a power storage device 40 into AC power; a first switch element 11 connected in series to one terminal 18a of a pair of AC output terminals of the power conversion unit 18; a second switch element 12 connected in series to the other terminal 18b of the pair of AC output terminals of the power conversion unit 18; first and second capacitive elements 16 and 17 connected in series between the pair of AC output terminals 18a and 18b of the power conversion unit 18; and a third switch element 13, one end of which is connected to connection wiring N1 between the first and second capacitive elements 16 and 17 and the other end of which has a ground potential.
