Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems, apparatus and methods for achieving a flow state using biofeedback.SOLUTION: A system is disclosed having wearable devices that, together with a cognitive model, are able to analyze a person to determine if the person is in a flow and/or able to guide the person to get into the flow. The system and processes help persons to find their unique formula to achieve a flow. By using a cognitive AI engine, the system can describe a space of mental states and actions that cause transitions between the states for each individual.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
