Abstract:
To provide a system capable of improving motivation of an employee by imparting an appropriate incentive to an autonomous behavior of the employee, an information processing device, and a program.SOLUTION: There is provided a system comprising terminals and an information processing device, which are connected by a network. Each terminal comprises an operation unit and a communication unit. The operation unit is configured to enable operation of the terminals. The communication unit is configured to enable transmission of operation types to the information processing device via the network. The information processing device comprises an acquisition unit, a score calculation unit, and a score reduction unit. The acquisition unit is configured to enable acquisition of transmitted operation types. The score calculation unit is configured to enable calculation of a score representing a credibility of a user on the basis of the acquired operation types. The score reduction unit is configured to enable reduction of the calculated score as a counter value having compatibility with a predetermined legal tender.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
