Abstract:
To provide steam with intended wetness.SOLUTION: A system 100 includes: steam supply means 1 for supplying steam; a first line L1 through which the steam from the steam supply means 1 passes; decompression means 2 having an inlet connected to the first line L1 and converting steam into superheated steam through adiabatic expansion; a second line L2 that is connected to an outlet of the decompression means 2 and through which the superheated steam passes; a flowmeter 3 disposed in the first line L1 and measuring a flow rate M of the steam; a thermometer 4 disposed in the second line L2 and measuring a temperature T of the superheated steam; water supply means 50 connected to the second line L2 on the downstream side of the thermometer 4 to supply water to the second line L2; and a control device 6 determining the amount of water to be added to the second line L2 from the water supply means 50 on the basis of the flow rate M of the steam measured by the flowmeter 3, the temperature T of the superheated steam measured by the thermometer 4 and target dryness in the second line L2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
