Abstract:
To provide various systems, methods and formulations for treating cancer patients, especially cancer patients in advanced stages.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation for preventing or treating cancer, which comprises two or more epigenetic modifiers. In certain embodiments, the two or more epigenetic modifiers are a histone deacetylase inhibitor or a demethylating agent. In further embodiments, the two or more epigenetic modifiers are selected from the group consisting of sodium phenylbutyrate (SPB), lipoic acid (LA), quercetin, valproic acid, hydraladine, bactrim, green tea extract, epigarocatechin gallate, curcumin, sulforphane and allicin/diallyl disulfide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
