PURPOSE: To enhance a working efficiency by a method wherein a T-retaining wall form is composed of a wall surface block molding form horizontally disposed in an upper part and opened at its top surface and anchor block molding forms disposed in a lower part to be vertically connected thereto, and a concrete is casted from the open top part while the whole form is vibrated.

CONSTITUTION: A form 1 has a top surface in an open state and a horizontal molding section 2 of a fixed space for molding a wall surface block 51 of a T-retaining wall block 50. Two molding sections 3 for molding anchor blocks 52 are vertically extended downward to form a continuous space from the section 2. Core cylinders 4 for anchor reinforcing bar through holes 53 are disposed in the sections 3. A concrete is casted from the open top surface. By vibrating the whole form 1, the wall surface block 51 and the anchor blocks 52 are molded by the form 1 with resinforcing bars disposed. A decorative molded plate 9 is lowered onto the top surface of the wall surface block 51 to decorate the block.
