Abstract:
To provide a multiply specific molecule inducing fatality mediated by effector cells of targeted cells.
The multiply specific molecule complex includes two or more bond specific parts corresponding to components on the surface of antigen-expressing cells and at least one antigen bonded to the bond specific part. One of the targets to be bonded is an Fc receptor on the surface of immune cells. Immune reactions to usually non-immunogenetic proteins such as a self antigen and the like are induced or improved in vivo or in vitro by using the molecules.
