To provide TRPV6 inhibitors and combination therapies for treating cancers.SOLUTION: Provided are the use of a TRPV6 inhibitor for treating cancers in combination with immune checkpoint modulators, such as PD-1 inhibitors and PD-L1 inhibitors, and related compositions and kits. Embodiments of the present disclosure relate, in pertinent parts, to methods of treating a cancer in a subject in need thereof, the methods comprising administering to the subject (a) a TRPV6 inhibitor and (b) an immune checkpoint modulatory agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
