Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV program viewing device that provides a program along with a true preference of a user without enforcing the user to make any special operation or the like. SOLUTION: First a reproduction operation recording means 14 acquires the recording of a reproduction operation of the user while the user carries out time shift reproduction. When the operation contents of the user obtained by a reproduction operation means 6 reaches the end of time shift reproduction and a usual program view state is reached, a reproduction range acquisition means 16, a reproduction number of times acquisition means 17, and a reproduction speed acquisition means 18 analyze the reproduction state of the user during time shift reproduction on the basis of the recording of the reproduction operation acquired by an operation storage device 15. A weight calculation means 19 obtain a degree of interest of the user with respect to the TV program to calculate the weight of the TV program on the basis of the time of the range of the TV program reproduced by the user, the range of the TV program reproduced by the user for each speed at reproduction, and the reproduction number of times of the range of the TV program repetitively reproduced by the user as the reproduction results.
