Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture of a TAB tape which is free from the deformation of a conductor pattern and the like, formable in high precision, suitable far resin seal, and which makes it possible to reduce material cost.
CONSTITUTION: A preset conductor pattern 24 is formed by punching required holes such as a device hole 14 and the like in a metal plate 10 surface of which is provided with an adhesive layer 12 having electric insulation over a range wherein a conductor pattern 24 is formed, sticking a conductor metal leaf 20 to an adhesive layer 12, and etching the conductor metal leaf 20.
