CONSTITUTION: Plural first support rollers 53 supporting a board is arranged on a table 49 in a carrying direction rotatably, and plural second support rollers 71, supporting the board when an original point is positioned in relation to the board, are arranged on the table 49 so as to be rotatable, turnable in a horizontal direction and capable of making appearances freely in relation to the supporting height position of the first support rollers 53.
