To provide an MRI device enabling an engineer (or operator) to easily access a subject (or patient) put in the magnetic field space of a magnet device, while making it possible to position a table device with respect to the magnet device without effort.
A table 21 is displaced laterally as it is guided in a guide groove 24 and deviates from just front of a vertical magnet device 10. Then, a space forms just in front of the vertical magnet device 10, and an engineer (or operator), by passing through the space, can access a subject (or patient) put in the magnetic field space of the vertical magnet device 10. Also, a table (41) can be easily reset just in front of the vertical magnet device 10 by reverse displacement along the guide groove 24 and be easily positioned with respect to the vertical magnet device 10.
