To fold a table top by opening and closing leg members to make a table compact by integrating the table and a chair so as to be convenient for carrying and storing the table and adjust a distance from the chair by moving the stretched table plate in position in the front and rear directions for the leg members.

In a table supported by leg members opening and closing to left and right sides each other, left and right supporting arms 1 are freely rotatably connected by a holding band 2 via a rotation frame 3 or so that the rotation frame 3 may follow, each guide frame 4 is fixed in the front and rear directions on the upper part of the rotation frame 3 in a state that the supporting arms 1 are opened and left and right ends of a table top 5 are supported by the guide frames 4 so that the ends may freely slide in the front and rear directions.
