To easily fix a hook-and-loop fastener band by attaching hook-and-loop fastener bands in plural portions of a table for a wheelchair or an arm chair, and fixing the hook-and-loop fastener bands to a table by bolts and rivets.

This table 1 is formed like a plate in a flat shape suitably of synthetic resin, antibacterial resin, non-metal and wood or the like, and hook-and-loop fastener bands 2 are fixed to the respective four corner portions of the lower surface thereof by bolts, rivets 3 and stoppers 4. On the surface of the table 1, a non-slip material made of rubber or the like is applied. In the case of fixing such a table 1 to a wheelchair or an arm chair, the hook-and- loop fastener bands 2 are wound round the armrest parts of the wheelchair or the arm chair to be bounded to easily and surely fix the table 1.
