PURPOSE: To provide a table with a counter with excellent appearance as well as a higher support strength of a counter plate leaving no protrusion on the surface of a table plate by arranging the counter plate on the table plate to allow the using thereof as a table with a counter while the counter plate is made flush with the table plate to allow the using thereof as a broad table.

CONSTITUTION: A cut part 6 is formed being opened vertically and in depth at both end corners on one side in depth of a table plate 2 sticking out from both sides of a body part 1 while an auxiliary top board 3 is extended stepped down on one side in depth of the table plate. A hub part 9 of a rotary plate 5 shaped in a sector as viewed from the side pivoted on an end rim 7 of the cut part and an end rim 8 of the auxiliary top board on both sides while two pairs of pins arranged on both sides of a counter plate are fitted slidable into a guide groove 11 formed along a circular arc rim 10 on the sides of the internal surfaces of the respective rotary plates.
