PURPOSE: To smoothly and simply change a counter mode and a table mode in a table with a counter capable of selecting the counter mode in which a counter plate is positioned on the rear section of a table plate and the table mode in which the counter plate is connected to the rear end of the table plate on the same plane.

CONSTITUTION: Projections 10 of support members 6 capable of supplementing notch sections 4 are pivotally fitted to the notch sections 4 on both sides of the rear end of a table plate 1 rotatably by 180° in the longitudinal direction, and linear guide grooves 13 extended from the first mount support edge 8 side to the second mount support edge 12 side are formed on the support members 6. Pins 15 slide-coupled with the guide holes 13 are protruded on rotary pieces 7 fixed to a counter plate 5. When the pins 15 are moved and rotated along the guide grooves 13, the counter plate 5 can be moved between the opposite first mount support edge 8 and the second mount support edge 12 of the support member 6, and the support member 6 and the rotary pieces 7 are located below the table plate 1 in the table mode.
