PURPOSE: To simplify mode change by connecting a connecting edge to the back face of a table main body part by rotating a holding member rearward and setting a placing edge on an extension line on the lower face of a table plate.

CONSTITUTION: A counter part B is rotated from the upper side to the rearward side centering around a first pivotal shaft 8 while maintaining the position relation of the holding member 2 and a counter plate 3 from a state of counter mode. After the circular arc shape notched edge 25 of a supporting plate 4 is rotated until it passes the rear edge of the upper face 13 of the table plate 1, the counter plate 3 is rotated forward for the holding member 2 centering around a second pivotal shaft 9. The notched edge 25 of the supporting plate 4 is passed underneath the rear side of the table plate 1, and also, the holding member 2 is rotated downward centering around the first pivotal shaft 8. the placing edge 5 is set horizontally on a holding plate 18 by making the connecting edge 5 abut with a connecting face 16 provided on the back face 12 of the table plate 1. Also, both side parts on the lower face 10 of the counter plate 3 is placed on the placing edge 5 of the supporting plate 4, and also, the lower face 10 is placed on a connection plate 19 in a superimposed state, which forms a table mode.
