PURPOSE: To provide a table with counter with which the state of a counter and the state of the table can be changed between each other only with turning operations by moving a counter board, a supporting board does not remain on a table board in the state of table conditions and both the conditions can be extremely stably maintained.
CONSTITUTION: This table is provided with a main body A of the table for which notched parts 4 are formed on both sides of rear end of a table board 1 protruded backward rather than a back 2 of the main body, and projecting parts 10 to be pivotally attached to the notched parts so as to be turned at 180° back and forth while defining one side as a first mounting edge 8 to be mounted on the table board and keeping a form for complementing the first mounting edge with the notched parts. Then, this table is composed of a pair of supporting boards 6 defining the side adjacent to the projecting part as a hit stopper edge 11 for the back of the main body and defining the side faced to the first mounting edge as a second mounting edge 12, counter board 5 equipped with a turning board 7 protruded on both the side parts of a lower surface while making their terminal parts remain and being positioned inside the supporting boards, and rotation guiding means C formed by pivotally attaching the position opposite to the hit stopper edge and the turning boards while keeping the equal distance to both the mounting edges of the supporting boards.
