A tabletop 1 is rotatably assembled on a use position and an accommodating position with respect to a framework 2, and a stopper 40 integrated with an operation lever is engaged with an engagement hole formed on the framework 2 to fix and hold the tabletop 1 on the use position and the accommodating position. The framework 2 is provided with engagement holes selectively used corresponding to the use position and the accommodating position of the tabletop 1, and the stopper 40 is rotated and energized in one direction by a spring.
