To suppress occurrence of inconvenience such that an operator has his or her hand or the like caught between a modesty panel and a leg, in a table which has legs and a top plate which allows flap movement between an almost horizontal use position and a storage position standing almost perpendicularly, and in which an upper end part is connected to the top plate so that it can operate following the movement of the top plate, and a lower end part is connected to the legs via a link member.
In the table T including the legs 1 positioned at an intermediate part in a depth direction, the top 2 which supports the legs 1 and allows flap operation between an almost horizontal use position and the storage position S standing almost perpendicularly, and the modesty panel 3 movable towards the storage position S close to the legs 1 from the use position of the lower part of non-use end of the top plate 2, the upper end part 2 of modesty panel 3 is suspended by the top plate via an end rail support mechanism M for supporting the modesty panel 3 so that it can be moved in a cross direction in a state the top plate 2 is disposed at the storage position S and the lower part of the modesty panel 3 is connected to the legs 1 via the link member 4.
