Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and speedily perform assembly and to take plural different forms by providing recessed parts at the base part elements of respective joints and the counter faces of a cover, dewarcating a sheet while mutually cooperating the respective recessed parts, receiving and clamping the correspondent part element of a horizontal lateral member on the sheet. CONSTITUTION: Respective joints 4 include base part elements 6, and the base part elements 6 are fixed on the lower face of a table top plate 2 by screws 7. The base part elements 6 are provided with central sheets 6a, and the upper end parts of tube-shaped elements 8 having circular cross sections protruded from the upper end parts of legs 3 are held on the sheets 6a. The upper end parts of the tube-shaped elements 8 are clamped into the sheets 6a by wedges 11 for clamp, and the wedges 11 are clamped to the base part elements 6 by screws 12. A cover 16 is fixed to the base part elements 6 by screws 17 engaged with holes 18 and 19. Along three faces of joints, the lower surfaces of the base part elements 6 have voids 20 with long circular contours, these recessed parts cooperate with correspondent voids 21 formed on the upper surface of the cover 16 to dewarcate three sheets and there, respective three horizontal lateral members 5 are held and clamped.
