To provide a tablet counting and filling apparatus which minimizes generation of tablet powders from a tablet and has a simple structure and can fill exact quantity of the tablet into a container without error and conveyance speed of which is faster than that of a conventional apparatus and maintenance of which is easy.

The tablet counting and filling apparatus 1 receives the tablet W fed into a hopper 2 and conveys it with a conveyance mechanism 3 and counts it with a counting means 14 and fills it into the container V, wherein the conveyance mechanism 3 is equipped with a spiral groove rod 5, on the peripheral surface of which a spiral groove 5a is formed, a guide rod 6 provided along the spiral groove rod and a rotation driving part 7 to rotate the spiral groove rod and the tablet is conveyed being guided by the spiral groove of the spiral groove rod being rotated by the rotation driving part in a space between the spiral groove rod and the guide rod.
