Abstract:

To provide sarpogrelate hydrochlolide-containing tablets in which (1) sarpogrelate hydrochlolide which is a medicinal ingredient is included in an amount of 50 wt.%, (2) the dissolution ratio of the medicinal ingredient is 80% after 15 min from test starting, (3) the content of analogous substances of the tablets is reduced after tablets having 80 N hardness are stored at 60C and 75% RH humidity without packaging, (4) the dissolution ratio of sarpogrelate hydrochlolide does not nearly change in comparison with the dissolution ratio before storage and (5) reduction of hardness of tablets is suppressed, in comparison with sarpogrelate hydrochlolide tablets produced by conventional techniques.

The sarpogrelate hydrochlolide-containing tablets are produced by using sarpogrelate hydrochlolide having 1-100 m average particle diameter, mannitol and citric acid.
