Abstract:
To suppress, in a tablet containing aripiprazole and magnesium stearate, the decrease in aripiprazole elution when the ratio of magnesium stearate to the content of aripiprazole in the tablet must be set high, and to provide methods for producing such a tablet in which the decrease in elution property is suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a tablet containing aripiprazole and magnesium stearate, the content of aripiprazole in the tablet being less than 3 mg, the content of magnesium stearate in the tablet being 90 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of aripiprazole, and the average particle size of the magnesium stearate being 10 to 50 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
