Abstract:

To provide a tableware collection system which can solve a problem that several kinds of tableware differing in shape are not able to be distinguished and collected by a conventional dish collection system.SOLUTION: A tableware collection system collects tableware passing one collection gate 19 into a tableware collection unit in a restaurant. The tableware collection system 10 comprising distinction means 10000 distinguishing whether a first tableware 80 passed the collection gate 19 or a second tableware 90, which is different from the first tableware 80 in the shape, passed the collection gate 19, and a processing unit 53 taking an appointed step depending on a distinction result of the distinction means 10000 can distinguish several kinds of tableware differing in the shape passing the collection gate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
