Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce a labor and time in catering and removal of leftover food and tableware when providing foods using a food service wagon and a food service cart.SOLUTION: A tableware-cum-tray dedicated to a food service wagon or the like includes: a substantially tabular partition wall insertion part 2 extending in the longitudinal direction; and food storage parts 3A and 3B provided on both sides of the partition wall insertion part 2 respectively. Both food storage parts 3A and 3B have one or a plurality of recessed parts 4 in which foods are placed and at least one of both food storage parts 3A and 3B includes a support object part 7 for being supported by the inside of a tray storage chamber 31 of a food service wagon body 30.
