To provide a tubular protector which makes it possible to perform wiring of tabularly wires held into a narrow space curilinearly on the condition that the wires are thus held tabularly, and to fit hooking members at constant intervals easily in addition.

This is a protector 11 which has flat boards 12, 13 facing each other with a gap between, and a connecting board 14 for connecting each one end of the flat plates 12, 13. And in the flat board 12, slits 15 which stretch over from one end part to the other end part of this flat board 12 are formed at constant intervals along the stretching direction of the flat board 12, and clips are fitted to slit flat boards 12a through the slits 15.
